Program Fee Waiver

We recognize that some students may face financial constraints paying for Utah Bound Orientation. The Office of Orientation & Transition has an option for an orientation fee waiver.

Students who wish to sign up for Utah Bound Orientation and have not or do not intend to complete a FAFSA but feel the orientation fee is a financial burden may request an orientation fee waiver. Please fill out the form below and submit supporting documentation in order to be considered for a fee waiver. All requests will be reviewed weekly on an individual basis. If you are approved for a fee waiver, we will notify through UMAIL.
